Skypass Resorts is a private, members-only online marketplace operated by Skypass Elite. The platform provides advertising and marketing exposure for timeshare owners who wish to showcase available resort accommodations to potential renters.
Skypass Resorts is not a resort, hotel, travel agency, or vacation ownership company.
2. No Affiliation Disclaimer
Skypass Resorts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Marriott Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, Wyndham, Interval International, RCI, or any other resort, exchange company, or hospitality brand.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Nature of Services
Skypass Resorts provides marketing and advertising services only.
Services include, but are not limited to:
Marketplace listing exposure
Digital advertising and promotional placement
Access to the Skypass Resorts platform
Skypass Resorts does not guarantee rentals, income, profits, or booking success.
4. Completion of Services
Services provided by Skypass Elite and Skypass Resorts are considered fully rendered and completed once the member has received:
Their marketing portfolio
Marketplace access credentials
Live or active marketing placement
No refunds are issued after services are completed.
5. Owner Responsibilities
Timeshare owners are solely responsible for:
Accuracy of listing details
Confirming availability of their resort week
Compliance with resort and HOA rental rules
Finalizing guest details with the resort
Managing rental agreements with renters
Skypass Resorts does not manage reservations, check-ins, or resort confirmations.
6. Offers & Acceptance
All rental offers are submitted to the owner for review.
Skypass Resorts does not accept, reject, or negotiate offers on behalf of owners.
Owners maintain full discretion to accept, reject, or counter any offer.
7. Payments & Payouts
Skypass Resorts does not collect rental payments on behalf of owners unless otherwise disclosed in writing.
Owner payouts, when applicable, may be issued via:
Direct Deposit
PayPal
Certified Check
No commissions are charged to owners for completed rentals.
8. No Guarantees
Skypass Resorts makes no guarantees regarding:
Rental success
Demand or timing of offers
Rental value
Traveler interest
Results depend on market conditions, seasonality, pricing, and resort desirability.
9. Limitation of Liability
Skypass Resorts and Skypass Elite shall not be liable for:
Owner–renter disputes
Rental cancellations
Resort denials or restrictions
Financial losses or missed opportunities
Misuse of the platform by third parties
Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
10. Chargeback & Dispute Protection
By using this platform, you acknowledge that:
Marketing services are digital and non-returnable
Services are fulfilled upon delivery of access and marketing materials
Chargebacks for “services not rendered” are not valid once services are completed
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Skypass Resorts and Skypass Elite and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Modifications
Skypass Resorts reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
